The Chinese Cuisine & Hospitality Association of Canada (CCHAC) was established in 2016 and officially registered in Ontario, Canada. It is a nonprofit organization initiated by professionals in Chinese cuisine, hospitality, and hotel management. Since its founding, the association has grown steadily and has been recognized as an overseas base for Chinese cuisine by signing a partnership with the China Cuisine Association and domestic top-tier foodservice media platforms such as Canyin Laobanneican.。

CCHAC was officially founded and registered as a federal nonprofit organization.
Partnered with Canyin Laobanneican and launched North America study tours with projects such as "Sea Snail Culinary Innovation."
Hosted the 1st North American Chinese Culinary Innovation Conference and founded Dayu Culinary Academy.
Hosted the 1st North American Chinese Culinary Innovation Conference and founded Dayu Culinary Academy.

Through regular events, training programs, and exchange forums, CCHAC actively promotes the development of the overseas Chinese foodservice industry, advancing skill enhancement and the establishment of industry standards. The association will continue to provide professional support and resources for its members, contributing to greater cooperation and mutual success between the Chinese culinary industries of both countries.
