Since 2018, the Chinese Cuisine & Hospitality Association of Canada has partnered with leading domestic media (Canyin Laoban Insights), supermarket alliances, hotel and restaurant associations in Ontario, and other strategic partners to launch the largest and most prestigious North American Chinese Culinary Innovation Conference.

Each year, the summit gathers top chefs, curated themes, and keynote speakers, attracting professionals from across the culinary, technology, finance, and media sectors to engage in deep discussions on the development of Chinese cuisine in North America.
